We are currently on overseas trip to the UK and services from Japan are on hold until February 2022.
For all purchases we offer shipping by EMS only.
Because of Covid shipping has been disrupted. The Japanese post office does not currently offer EMS delivery services to all countries.
At the moment we can NOT send to Australia, Canada, Ireland, South America.
Most of Asia (excluding India), most of Europe (excluding Ireland, including UK) is currently okay for us to send too. We CAN also send to USA. Please contact us if you would like to check before ordering.
If you live in a country which we currently can not send to and you want to buy a product, please confirm your order, and we will keep your reservation until EMS works again. We will send you the package by EMS as soon it will be possible.

Shipping
All packages will be sent through EMS (Express Mail Service) through the Japan Post. Your package will most likely get to you within a week.
Payment
All payments will be complete through PayPal.
Return Policy
Tax
8% sales tax is included in all the listed prices. You may be subjected to additional taxes in your home country.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment)
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Returns
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
